There's so many videos/images/gifs/animations that could be posted of this. They're all hilarious.
Where's Adam from The Mythbusters falling off one?

I fell off my treadmill once. I like to play video games to pass the time while I'm on the treadmill. Usually I'll play games that aren't very demanding, such as Call of Duty or Tiger Woods golf. One day I made the mistake of trying to play Gran Turismo, a racing game. After about 4 laps I ran off the track in a turn, and I found myself instinctively leaning over with the controller trying to correct my driving. In the process, I managed to step off the treadmill with one foot while the other foot was being dragged back on the belt. Before I realized what had happened, I'm stumbling across the room with a game controller in my hand trying to land on something softer than my coffee table.

Now I just stick to playing Call of Duty when I'm on the treadmill.

this sounds like the equivalent of "falling off the wagon" for hardcore dieters

i usually read a book
cuz i could read a good book for hours so i figure that time could be well spent on the treadmill

video games and treadmills are the perfect combination. I can completely zone out and lose track of time while playing a video game, whereas normally I would be bored out of my mind on the treadmill. I can put the treadmill on 3mph at a 5% incline and go for a couple hours playing Call of Duty, which is perfect for the type of cardio I want to do.

I really would like to play the rock band guitar, but that could be disastrous if I took a wrong step. maybe they'll come out with a wireless microphone at some point.

I fell off a treadmill once
it was in high school. One saturday, I was training...track season, you know...

anyway, I must have gotten distracted, and I veered to the right. stepped on the frame, fell, BLAMMO!

shit was pretty embarassing
