i never got this kind of marketing for these type of things. i'm pretty sure everyone knows what time warner has to offer. Its like the people who try and get you to sign up for the newspaper as if you've never heard of newspapers before.

I'm pretty sure this is not true.

Solicitation of prostitution is illegal obviously, but solicitation in general is not illegal.

you think RPD would actually respond? I've called in gunshots (I could even see the muzzle flash from across the parking lot) and the RPD officer on the phone even heard them. Did RPD ever show up? No, well not at least within 2 hours.

I'm typically never around on weekends, perhaps why I've never had a visit.

There's even a sweet misspelling on the door hanger advertisement he gave me:
