ever tried baking it with splenda? I'm currently bulking but I don't want to ingest any sugars....I'm loving the sugarfree banana nut oatmeal and have always been fond of banana bread/muffins, just curious if I can use splenda and still see similar results

nah splenda is good. aspertame (nutri-sweet) is the one you don't want, however the FDA took it off of the carcinogen list.
