Got this phone when I renewed for a 2 year contract. I was given an iPhone, so I did not want the free phone...therefor, I am selling it. Price without a contract is $189.99 on cingular's website. This is the white version.

Price $100 firm.

unlocked? do you mean it's LOCKED for use with an At&t sim card. unlock means you did something extra to get it to work with another sim card.

I'll go 65 as i have seen it sell near this price commonly enough elsewhere and yeah I think he means locked to at&t.

I don't know if there is a difference in being unlocked versus being unlocked for AT&T. I know anyone else with an AT&T simcard could use it immediately - I'd have to ask if another network could use it.

Where?
They're refurb from AT&T for $70, on sale.
The ones on ebay in that price range are either used or refurb.

I do think DB would be better off taking this to ebay, than defending his price here, but $100 seems pretty fair.

there are many place to get the phone for this price, ebay may be slightly harder to do so. Let me see item number 260337278417, 250350503549, 220335823999. All of them are close to my price range, if not exactly. Yeah selling on ebay he may have a higher chance of reaching 100 especially if he sells on buy it now.
