JESUS CHRIST FARMER'S MARKET RESTAURANT

Quote :
"Raleigh, N.C. — If you didn't get there Sunday, you will have to wait awhile to visit the State Farmers Market Restaurant. It will be closed for repairs from Jan. 11 until March 7."

I used to work there like 8 years ago, waiting tables from 5:30am until noon.

Tips were shit, but the sheer volume of tables I had was ridiculous. It was the epitome of "turn em and burn em" service.

Stay away from the Jim Graham Biscuit though.

OMG,

i think it's funny how food like the farmer's market serves is so rare and special in raleigh, but back home meals like that are a dime a dozen

seafood restaurant is better.

^^^^you'd think it's rare the way folks get excited over it. i'm not really familiar with raleigh breakfast options though.

[Edited on January 11, 2009 at 10:58 PM. Reason : ^^^also true. my first and second statements were kinda unrelated]

I miss the Farmer's Market Restaurant. I didn't go there very often but it's tasty. I would hit up the fish market more often
