Pantana's pool hall is nice too... not as dirty as the bar across the street.

bump.

where are the best spots to shoot pool now? I've been to Brown's, Brass Taps, Snookers, PB's and Sharky's. Of those, I like PB's or Brown's the most.

Looking to join a pool and/or darts league. If they serve food, that's a plus.

They have a dart league in that place that was the Profile, or at least they used to. And pool tables.

[Edited on August 18, 2014 at 4:46 PM. Reason : high park bar]

If you ever step outside of Raleigh.... Holly Springs has a pretty massive billiard hall formerly called "On the Snap" (now "Tyler's Tavern"). Food & full bar. It even had a cue customization & repair shop. I haven't been there in a long time though

^^high park has bar box type tables and some dart boards, but I don't think they run any leagues. I used to have kickball after parties there

^Holly Springs is pretty far from where I live currently, but that does sound cool - especially when I get my cue re-tipped. Thanks for mentioning that.

I have neighbors that go to Upper Deck in Cary (next to Pure Gold) and Abbey Road a lot for pool and darts.
