What's going to happen to the detainees?

Are they going to be brought into the U.S. and become inmates? If that happens, are they going to be given the rights of American inmates?

I could be wrong...but I think there are two movie like this premise...but not exactly like it.

There was the one with Ray Liota where they just put them on an island to live and monitored them (and there were two separate camps...one with the "good guys" that actually tried to build a sustainable living environment and one where the "bad guys" just fucked around in the jungle and tried to attack the "good guys.")

And there was one recently with someone like Stone Cold Steve Austin (or someone similar to him...wrestler I think) where they put a bunch of death row inmates on an island as part of a game show to see who could survive.
