i hated high life until i quit my lucrative job to play music full time. now i'm perfectly fine with it. i add a little hot sauce now and then for flavor. a few sprinkles of Tabasco do the trick.

Well, Stella comes from Belgium so here's a Belgium fact:

There are 3 main sorts of Belgian waffles : Liege waffles (the most common), Brussels waffles (bigger, lighter, rectangular, and eaten with toppings such as strawberries or ice cream), and galettes (thinner, softer, and typically eaten for breakfast, sometimes with jam - nothing to do with French galettes from Little Brittany, which are a kind of pancake).

Evan Williams and Diet Dr. Pepper: No judgment. Since it is not a premium bourbon, you won't get called out for diluting it with a diet soft drink.

Miller High Life: Yes it is a cheap beer...but probably one of the more respectable ones. Since you are drinking it with a cheap bourbon, it fits in well with your current situation, and you will not be judged (as long as you don't do anything gay like add a lime to it).

Stella Artois: You could possibly get judged for this. Stella is the Bud Lite of Belgium beers (and European beers for that matter). So as long as you are not drinking Stella because it is a premium beer or to impress anybody because it is "nice", then you should be okay. There is nothing special about Stella.

In my experience, anything that is commonly mixed with coke (such as whiskey & coke or rum & coke) is fine to mix with Dr. Pepper. If you're doing the diet thing then I actually recommend Diet Dr. Pepper over Diet Coke. Just mytwocents

I cannot approve of MHL unless it's free though.
