I worked in the warehouse of Circuit City on Glenwood when I was in college. And yeah, the customer service sucked.

I worked at glenwood from 99-2000

first back in the boombox section (or just floor person in general, and at the cd counter) and liked that OK. then they moved me to sales (digital cameras) and I forget the manager chick's name but she was a bitch, and would come in as i was ringing someone out at a keyosk to steal my extended warranty sale
