I’m looking for a roommate that can move in around February 16 (the lease lasts until August). Current roommate’s moving out February 15 for Michigan and can’t take everything he owns, so he was planning on Goodwilling the rest of it. If you’re interested, he can leave a bed (queen or full, not sure), maybe a dresser, desk, etc. The house is located a block or so away from the Western Blvd. end of Boylan, where it meets Dorothea Drive. Rent is $325 per month and the total monthly bill with utilities isn’t much more than $400. No pets or smokers. My old roommate pisses on the toilet seat; it’d be cool if you didn’t do that. Otherwise, I’m pretty easy going.
