I personally don't care, but my religion insists upon burial. Since I don't give a shit one way or the other, I'll just take their word for it.

Just make it as cheap as possible. Whatever the bare minimum requirements of the law are, meet those. Or don't, if you can get away with it. Use the savings to buy beer for the memorial service.
