Rent for each person is $280 a month, and utilities & high-speed internet total about $65 a month (based on the last 3 months' usage) and the lease expires in June. The apartment is 1472 square feet on the bottom floor with 2 garages and parking space for 4-5 cars outside the garages. The property is pet-friendly, everything except dogs and cats are allowed without a deposit or extra rent.
