shit still goes through my damn liver and raises my ALT. ibuprofen fucks with my liver.

i'm clean of all STDs, mono, and pretty much anything that would explain it, and have been sober for about a month and a week, painkiller free for almost a month. hopefully shit has gone down by the time i get it checked on wednesday

How much had you had to drink yesterday?
at that time of day, it probably wasn't caffeine withdrawl.

Next time you have a headache, go chug a bigass glass of water. Most people don't realize how frequently dehydration is the cause of a headache.

^^^i may have been dehydrated, but i had 3 or 4 bottles of water yesterday in addition to the glass of tea i had at dinner and a bottle of nestea i got out of a vending machine. i probably had enough to drink

^ehh, usually taking meds, drinking a little bit of water, and laying down for about 20 minutes would take the edge off a headache or at least keep it from lasting all day like it did yesterday

You probably would have been fine if not for the tea: it's a diuretic.

My rule of thumb: "How much have I had to drink today? Any soda, coffee, or tea?" And then I negate part of my water intake on a 1:1 basis for the diuretics

it's hard to go multiple days without tea. i've been drinking almost exclusively water this semester, but i prefer to have something with a little more flavor to it with my meals

I had a similar problem, though they didn't tell me a #. It's been a bitch not drinking for a month, though I'm getting it re-checked this week. Surprised they told you no painkillers at all though...I was told no acetaminophen, since it goes through the liver, but ibuprofen or naproxen sodium were OK since they process in the kidneys.
