at the casino last night

i was playing at a blackjack table where we had 3 players, but we were all playing 2 hands

this baller looking dude comes up during the shuffle and throws some money on the table to get chips

i look over and go "table's full man"

he launches into this just crazy tirade about how I shouldn't talk to him like that, he has a 50k watch on, he's a baller who drops a thousand dollars a hand (so i'm not sure why he's trying to sit at a $25 table)

and he caps it off by saying "we got a black president, you racists can't talk to me like that"

classic

i said 3 words to him and he went off on a 3 or 4 minute tirade that went on so long one of the guys had to ask the floor manager to remove him

I think they have always just accepted teh fact that they are lazy/ignorant.

For poor white trash its "DEY TUKK ERR JERBS" referring to illegal immigrants. I am sure they will come up with a new excuse if the illegal immigrant problem gets fixed. During the mean time it will be interesting in a big irony if they start blaming Obama. "OBAMA be taxin me to fun his welfare; or the black president only helps minorities, blah blah blah/"

Interestingly its been documented that some of the grand wizards and higher ups in the KKK supported OBama b.c it would rally young ignorant whites to join their cause.

I have several patients that are on welfare and drive really nice cars.(the reason I know this is bc we used to only accept medicaid on fridays, so coming back from lunch we would just shake our heads when a range rover or lexus was in the lot) Trash is trash, the color of the trash doesnt matter to me, but the one consistant factor ive noticed among the trash is they seem to have money for thier wants and wand everyone else to provide thier needs.

In the UK black people are not very prevalent. Indians are their equivalent of our black people.

Isn't it pretty rare for a racial minority to be chief executive, especially in western countries? I can't think of a western one off the top of my head. Women have it better in this regard.

yeah, women have been a repressed group for hundreds or thousands of years, but they do make up 50% or more of the populations in Western countries. Therefore, it's reasonable that women will and should start being elected with regularity to high positions.

It is much harder for a racial minority to gain power though, so a black man, when blacks represent ~12% of the US population, getting elected is much more unlikely. And yes, this is something we can "hold over" on Europe - it's not likely that Germany will ever elect a Turk, or France an Algerian, or Spain a Moroccan as their President or P.M.
