Hello folks. My wife works for a small office of 5-6 people and I think they have been paying around $600 a month for internet, phone, long distance service and I am pretty sure it is some amount of T1. Is this a reasonable figure to pay for this level of service or is there anything else out there that can be had for cheaper with the same reliability? 2/2/2009 8:26:33 AM |

It is reasonable, they may be able to get some reduction in price if they shop it around. 2/2/2009 8:33:32 AM |

RR Business will be around $250, if that. There's different tiers, but it tops out around $250 for "normal" business activities. 2/2/2009 8:48:38 AM |

there are a few extremely dense metropolitan areas* where a T1 is almost worth it at ~150$/mo
other than that, RR knocks off socks

i have great experience with RR business class in Wilmington. I have very bad experience with "business DSL". we do VOIP and RR actually allows it to function properly! 2/2/2009 1:14:53 PM |
