Does anyone know where there might be a literary database similar to the ones State makes available to students?

I'm looking through this website ( http://www.vaticanlibrary.va/home.php?ling=eng ) and haven't found a portal yet.

Ba humbug, it looks like I have to fork over cash. http://193.43.102.72/gui/console?service=scan

What are you looking for here?

If you just need a shitload of published scientific journals or something you could always just try Google Scholar.

If you want a big online catalog of stuff, maybe navigate the library of congress site for a while, see if it's got anything.

yeah what do you want?

do you want specifically Vatican documents or do you want journal articles examining various papal bulls, etc?

check out Jstor, EBSCOHost, LION, etc.
