Three bedrooms with bed and desk each with private bath available on August 1 in 4 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom furnished condo at University Commons on Gorman Street on Wolfline that is custom decorated and well-maintained. X-Box TV, DVD player, DVR recorder, dining furniture, cookware, dishes, vacuum, washer, and dryer all provided by landlord. No smoking and no pets allowed. Tenants needs to provide linens and wireless adapter to connect to network. Current tenants are male, over age 22. $400 per month rent includes ALL utilities (water, sewer, power, digital cablevision with DVR, Roadrunner cable internet). One bedroom will be available starting around May 12. Contact landlord at local cell phone number 919-201-8688.

i'm not sure how stable your furniture would be considering the condo is on a wolf.

what happens when they go over the alloted power usage...


or what happens when they go under the alloted power usage ...




this is why i dont like set prices.... because either way the landlord fucks the tenant.

^are you serious? All-inclusive rents almost always favor the renter. Landlords do this to avoid hassle, not to make more money.

yes, I am serious.

Cable, Internet are set cost

water and sewage are covered by the HOA ( for UWoods at least ).

the only varying factor is power.

In most cases if you go over the alloted amount of power usage they charge you more. If you go under they keep what you paid extra.

what do you not get ?






i can come up with some numbers if you want.






... i shouldnt have said either way... it depends on what the landlord is paying for cable and internet....

but you can be dam sure that the figure he's throwing up there covers his cost for these things.
