I had horrible service with AT&T, switched to Sprint, its been perfect. Their customer service might suck but I havent had to use it once.

I would also like to point out, as I always do, that prior to being swallowed by Sprint, Nextel was a very close second to Verizon.

I still say the whole thing is a damn shame.

man i've been with cingular/att for 8 years and have never had an issue with their CS.

Then again i don't fuck up.

I'm surprised about the verizon stuff, even though I don't fuck up, when I've had to dial 611 I get complete morons. (and the people in the store aren't better)

if your bill comes out right or you don't lose your phone then Sprint is awesome. I mean you can get 1200 anytime minutes, free night and weekends at 7pm free data AND text for 59.99 that is sick. Unfortunately if you ever have to call customer service then you could be on the phone for hours and they are mean. AT and T for the win!

but now cingular is att and its just kind of meh
