I liked 98SE, used it for many years actually. But if you plug a 98 system into the internet, IT GON GET RAPED.

they took windows 98 off of MSDN due to the java/antitrust settlement

i can get you windows 3.1 though

if I can find my CD, or a copy of it, I have a 'Windows 98 SE' product manual/getting started book, still has the certificate of Authenticity cover on it. Valid CD key OMG
