a guy i played golf with in jr. high had some weird blockage and one nut blew up to the size of a grapefruit like overnight

apparently it was like, ok all day, wake up in the middle of the night shrieking in pain, had to have emergency surgery to remove it


never really got an explanation for that one


but we all saw pictures of the transport to the hospital
