buddy of mine accepted a position in VA. they flew him up and told him he had to submit a hair sample. he told the HR that had he known it was a hair sample he would have not flown up. it went to the VP and the VP gave him a break and said he could take it at a later time.

how fucked is this guy? it like 30 days per 0.5 inches of hair and the samples require 1.5 inches. if they take from the body I've read that it goes back 1 yr.

anyways . . . any advice would be good. i'll let him see this thread later during the week.

yeah. this job he got offered is pretty intense. something about PCI compliance and he mentioned that the hair samples are taken once a year. he said when visiting come clients they require it also before going onsite.
