Just bought a townhome up in brier creek and looking to rent out one of the masters:

$450 all inclusive (water, elect, cable, internet)
2069 sq ft. (2 dual masters and a huge basement)
community pool
dog is cool I have one
male/female doesn't matter

I am 23 and graduated back in may and work in north raleigh. go out on the weekends and the usual. I close Feb 23rd and plan on moving in the following weekend. Not too picky on when when you move in or for how long.

says its 1390 sq feet but for some reason that doesn't count the basement which is technically a huge 3rd bedroom since it has a full bath down there.

I would have been interested for the summer, but that place is outside the 540 beltline! I'm looking to stay inside the 440 beltline. Seems to be a nice place though. If nothing works out, PM me in March.
