Beaufort Grocery (in Beaufort, obviously, and it's a nice place, not a dive)

there's a nice restaurant I ate at in Morehead just before deploying, but I can't think of the name offhand. It's an old house made into a restaurant.


the friday night dock parties at the Sheraton in New Bern are fun, too


I'll scout some of the dive joints in the area when I get home in April.

captain bill's serves frozen seafood more often than fresh. MAJOR disappointment for a coastal seafood joint.
