You have to like animals since I have a huge dog, psycho cat and a parrot.
This is a room in an 1800sq foot house in the burbs of Durham. This is not the ghetto part of Durham.

How big is said room? What are other house features? I'm trying to weigh all my options because I am very actively looking for a place.

It is Northern Durham off of Snow Hill RD. So yes, it is near Latta road as well.
I dont have a tape measure on hand to measure the room but I can get one, I think it is a decent sized room.Washer/Dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher etc...
Youll pay 1/3 of utilities.
Anything else? I just moved in so the house still has boxes everywhere but if youd like to come and see it just let me know.
