The lower 10% of the income bracket has been trying this for decades. I don't think it's working to well.

I saw a small group of poor people (approximately 6) hovering around the door to the gas station last night scratching ticket after ticket and going in to trade the winning tickets for more tickets. It didn't work for them and they all left sadder and poorer.

I have a business idea that has been pretty popular on the west coast. I just need to figure out a way to fund it. I said I would never get into the food service industry, but I think this type of place would be REALLY successful in my area.

Ah, I will tell you guise some secrets of how to increase your chances of winning. First off, before I tell you, I buy scratch-offs to offset the cost of powerball tickets, and so far my count has told me that I have about broke even, on the negative side of course, but not by much. OK, on the back of every ticket there are break-even odds, so you buy tickets in sets, say if there is a 1:4.05 break even odds, you buy in sets of 4, BUT the kicker is to look at the lottery site and set what top prizes have been awarded in what scratch-off games, and AVOID those brands of scratches offs! It works for me, I win something every time, like last night I broke exactly even, but I had a chance to win millions. You can be smart about it, and be conscious of your spending and not be 'poorer'.

I have bought 3 scratch-offs and 1 powerball ticket since we started having a lottery.

You wasted 4 dollars, haha. I have all my spending under a microscope and as I said I am about even, so I rather play the lottery than to drink beer.

One time I had a dream that I bought a $5 ticket and won the $100,000 top prize. I was out riding my bike the next day and I decided that I'd go into the gas station and buy a ticket if there was a $5 one that paid $100,000. There were 6 of them. That's how I spent $30 on the lottery in 2007. I don't think I've bought a ticket since.

You got to read the website for top prizes awarded as I said and look at the break-even odds man. If the top prize is gone, that means most likely all the good tickets are gone.

More like you'd spend 5 grand to win $450.DAT MONEY IS FO EDUMACATION, NOT YO ASS.
