In general....from day to day....whatever.

Front left - Keys

Front right - change, chapstick

Back left - usually nothing. Maybe a receipt or something.

Back right - wallet

Belt - Phone on right side. (yeah, i'm that douchebag. I don't like the feel of it in my pocket though. don't want the screen scratched up either )

5th pocket - usually don't have one on slacks. when I do have one, I don't use it. Using 5th pockets is for homos and hobos.

I only keep shit on my right side pockets, so when I leave place or stand up its easy to tap all of my pockets quickly to make sure I have my wallet, keys and cell.

when i wear a coat i put my wallet, phone and pen in my inside breast pocket and my keys in my right side pocket.

when i don't wear a coat i put my wallet in my back right, phone in my left, pen and keys in my right

i used a paper wallet for a while cus my leather wallet is always too thick, even with minimum contents. it makes me all butthurt. the paper wallet was MUCH thinner and pretty sturdy too. until i washed it in my pants anyways

and when i'm not at work, I usually don't carry a pen. But my phone is a PDA phone. So...yeah, a stylus and a note program takes care of the writing situation....
