bike is a 94 f2
Ok so these pics are of before i took the carbs off. I dont think anything goes to thing circled in red.. all the vacuum/fuel lines are hooked up properly.. not sure about this one though. is it supposed to be hooked up to anything (I looked at the online diagrams of the vacuum/fuel lines and didn't find any info on this)? when the bike is fired up... it will spit fuel out of this (i let it turn over for 1-2 seconds and it would spit fuel out.. didnt want fuel all over my garage so didnt continue to try and fire.. i think i should have though
did it spit out fuel because there is no fuel/vacuum in the lines since the carbs and everything was off to get cleaned? has me stumped. i fail,
please halp
k thx

i don't know much about bikes but it looks a lot like the evap purge solenoid valve on D series civics. 2/25/2009 1:45:55 PM |

so u think nothing needs to be connected to it? just gets rid of extra fuel/air in lines or when the bowls over fill with gas or some crap 2/25/2009 2:43:12 PM |

its the vent for the bowls, it is supposed to prevent it from pulling a vacuum, and from running out if its laid over, they never work right 2/25/2009 8:00:22 PM |
