perhaps its your banks fees for using other ATMs throughout the month and they just charge u once monthly.

or maybe you could get the real answer by CALLING THE FUCKING BANK.

atm fee, 2$ eachtime u used a non same bank/cashpointes atm in the past month, mine just showed up today

I was under the impression that they tacked on that fee with the withdrawal and not at the end of statements
