^ wut?oil and ghee are just as bad, calorically speaking. all fat has the same number of calories per gram.but the more important thing is the type of fat.^^ was that your full meal, with roti/paratha? you need a protein source as well, such as dal or chhole (i am assuming you are a vegetarian). in fact, a can of chickpeas dumped right in there would be great. and that's a lot of fat in there, and i don't think it is olive oil.
