today has been a great day so far, which caps off a great week, which caps off a great month. some of it is good news, some of it is the fruit of lots of effort that i've put in over the months, and some is just regular ole good luck/good karma... but none of it is bad. the perfect month

but i dont think i've ever had such a long and strong good news streak! and i'm gonna gloat about it!

Whenever that happens to me I start getting paranoid about the other shoe dropping at any moment. This feeling gets worse and worse and worse exponentially as time goes on that nothing horrible happens. I almost find myself wanting something horrible to happen to just get over the suspense.

And then everything got shitty really fast. But it's kinda sorta better now.
