I like you said, you're supposed to consider chit-chat NSFW by default. Lack of a warning is hardly worth a suspension. Next time, try to remember to be aware of the surrounding environment before clicking an unfamiliar thread in chit-chat. God knows I've inflicted some pretty terrible images on my co-workers by opening threads in chit-chat without considering their potential contents.
