^^i had friends who lived out there and this guy is pretty on the mark for what they paid. not saying they didn't get ripped off, i can't judge that, but i do know people out there are willing to pay it.

i am going by the market and from the interest i am generating, and the fact that it is furnished. Pets are negotiable depending on what kind and size. i do have a nice sized fenced in back yard

i am throwing it around bc it is a major landmark that people are familiar with. the house is just over a mile from the actual 5 points intersection, i think that is good enough for me to put "near" 5 points.
