I will not be in Raleigh for the summer and I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment. There is a $200 fee, but it will be refunded at the end, once you move out. I have three female roommates who are clean, outgoing, fun, nonsmoking, level-headed college students, and I am hoping to find the same from a sub leaser. They are very social and get along with anyone. The pool is great in the summer and the new gym is awesome. The apartments themselves are spacious so I never feel like I am pushed for privacy or space.
