625 total rent, only water included. Power and cable/internet not included, but with a roommate the total cost of living here shouldn't exceed 400-450 depending on the price of your utility bill. Unfurnished because I'm taking my stuff with me when I move out. Does come with a new w/d in the unit. The complex is Gorman Crossings and it is pet friendly.

My lease technically ends July 31st, but our manager said whoever moves into my apt could sign their own lease at that point and just remain in the unit. They do year long and short term leases.
