I just refinanced on Monday and was wondering how long it would take before my old loans got paid off and everything processed through their systems? 3/19/2009 11:20:20 PM |

this seems like a better question for your loan officer / bank, seeing as how this is a question that could vary based on any number of factors not stated in your 30 word question
not to mention why the hell did you not know this before signing the paperwork? 3/20/2009 12:35:20 AM |

I know what the paperwork says... I still haven't even passed my three day right of recision yet, so all my paperwork is still sitting there on my lawyer's desk.
My question was mainly just wondering how long it took for other people's refinancing experiences to payoff their old loans.

So, just an FYI, in case anybody else had the same question... I signed my paperwork on 3/16 and all my old loans were paid off and I saw my new loan information online today.

took three weeks for all my shit to go through but that's because the lawyer I used for the closing is an unorganized slacker. 3/24/2009 8:51:07 AM |

I signed my refinance sometime around Jan 20ish. The loan was paid off on the 26-Jan and my first payment to the new loan was March 1st. I think that's pretty standard. 3/24/2009 11:52:51 AM |
