Ask your department secretary if you can get a key to access the building at night.
I only got a key to access mann hall as I was an officer in ASCE, and I would've gotten a key to the building anyway if I'd managed to get into research.
So yeah, I got the impression when I signed out my key that it wasn't too big a deal to get one of these keys as long as you had a decent reason. You'll have to check with your department to see if yours is good enough. 3/24/2009 2:59:04 AM |

If the EB2 lab is open, you can call the desk and ask them to let you in (have your id on you). The doors that are fob activated are open anyway till 10pm nightly anyway. Weekends you are screwed though.
West Dunn bldg is the place to get them. You can rent or buy them from there and get access cut if you have a class there. Im not sure on all the rules and think you have to get it done every semester. 3/25/2009 9:44:50 AM |

even if you go to the west dunn bldg, you're going to have to be approved by a faculty member. your best bet is to talk to the departmental secretary or your prof, see if they can sign off on it. 4/1/2009 12:26:33 AM |

My roommate just got one for that building for ten bucks pretty easily.
Go ask, I think you can get one. 4/1/2009 1:14:04 AM |
