Hello, I will have two rooms available by the 1st of June (possibly May if need be) at Lake Park in Raleigh, NC for $350 each. The two other gentlemen who will be living there are both my friends and ROTC Cadets at NCSU, therefore it would be preferred to find another person focused on a professional career path, or someone who would at least be respectful of their schedules. Both have Physical Training every Tuesday and Thursday at 6am, therefore late night disruptions wouldn't be tolerated. Both are career oriented, hardworking, and trustworthy individuals whom I respect very much. If you display drug abuse, and/or alcohol abuse problems you will be asked to leave because both are rising military officers and I won't subject them to behavior that could potentially jeopardize their careers. Both are social drinkers who enjoy a good time out at the bars or chilling and grilling at the apartment, and whenever they do drink they do so in moderation. The apartment has a washer & dryer, a conventional oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and closet, and the rent includes the water and electric bill. The apartment looks over a pool, 2 volleyball courts, and 1 lighted basketball court. The apartment is conveniently located near the Avent Ferry Wolfline Bus Route, the CAT bus route, Foodlion and Lake Johnson. The lake has a 3 mile paved trail, and 5 miles of dirt trails around it. The lake is great for a stroll or a jog, and all of which is within walking distance from the apartment. You will probably find apartments with cheaper rent at Lake Park, but you get what you pay for (and usually doesn't include water and electric), and the guys who you would be living with are responsible young adults, both of which have a lot going for them right now. This condo is privately owned and operated by a family business which is locally owned and operated. If you are interested please shoot me an email, and we can discuss any questions you may have. I will most likely have you set up a time to meet with the other two guys so you all can break the ice, and feel each other out before signing a lease. One month's rent ($350), and a deposit of $350 is due when the lease is signed.
Take care! - Chris 3/30/2009 9:00:58 PM |
