I'm needing to move in somewhere close to May 8th-10th, but here's the basics of what I'm looking for:

-Somewhere within a 5-10 minute drive of downtown Raleigh.
-Price range should ideally be between $300-375/mo. (before utilities)
-No preference as far as whether it's a house/apt/townhouse/etc.
-I'll need to be there until right around the 2nd week of August (so a pretty std subleasing time period).
-Places on the Wolfline/CAT system are a plus.

As far as I go, I'm a 2nd year law student who will be working a clerkship downtown. I'll be busy between that and a summer class I'm taking during the weekdays. PM me if you have something along those lines.

I am actually subletting an apartment and it would be available for that time. It is about a 5 min. drive to downtown Raleigh. It is $535 with all utilities included: water, electricity, cable, internet, washer and dryer, and storage. However, I can only rent it out to another female as my roomate is female.
