^^ No, we haven't had any trouble with that at all. The neighbors all seem fairly nice and the street is pretty quiet except for the occasional party on the weekends.

^ The rent is non-negotiable. Negotiating the lease down to 10-months or somewhere between 10 and 12 months is a possibility if one were interested in going that route. For clarification, I'm referring to the 10 months running from August 1st-May 31st of the next year.
