$600 per bedroom? Even if that place is gorgeous, that's crazy.

Thats pretty high.

I'll be living in a 3 BR house next year with a 'guest' BR and only paying $1300/3. From your post it seems that its almost exactly the same, without the rec room access.

yo rentz is too high at least for college students. Many better options and closer to campus. You should have luck on craigslist perhaps if the place is as nice as you tailor.

I'm Big Business and i approved this message.

The terms of your fucking mortgage have NOTHING to do with the going rate of rental properties you stupid slag.

You fucking jew bastards who fail to appreciate someone is buying you a fucking property disgust me.

wow. some of you have some serious hostility you may need to work out on something other than a classified. i'm sorry if you can't afford it but for the price bracket of the house, it is the going rate. i still check this site for some things, so i was thinking that maybe someone looking for a place might check here too. in response to the craigslist, i've got it up there too, so thank you for the advice.

How many square feet is it? I didn't see anything about a garage or a fenced in yard. Is that because it lacks both? How close is it to 440/US-1? Don't worry about the children above. Once they get a job and some money (provided they picked a major that isn't a waste of time) they will grow up a little bit and realize 1800/mo isn't terrible.

Apparently shredder likes to shit on anyone selling something for more than $1

Just because your mortgage is that much does not mean you will get the much in rent.

Why would someone rent this place when they could just buy something like it for the same amount monthly?

1) Don't feel like making/paying for repairs themself.
2) Are not positive where they will be in a years (or slightly longer) time.
3) Do not quite have the credit built to get a desireable interest rate.
4) Might like a try before you buy scenario.

There are any number of reasons a person may want to rent.

Hell, here are some more.

5) Renting is less risk.
6) Gives you the ability to save up money.
7) You have more free time.

no it's not.

i helped a friend purchase a house and they got a loan no problem. 2500sq ft HOUSE, new construction, near 540/40 monthly payments are $800. i'm not sure where scot's laurel is, but it's too rich for my blood.

for the price it should have marble floors and granite countertops.

Are you kidding or stupid?

You're comparing a townhouse to a whole fucking 4 bedroom 3000 sq. foot house with a pool and a garage that sits on a golf course.

Give the fuck up. You're not going to win this one.
