I have a couple of friends looking for a place to live by the end of this week if possible.

However they are facing credit issues with every apt complex they've gone to.

If anybody can help me point them in the right direction we would ALL appreciate it (if they can't find a place to stay they are going to be staying with me until they do, lol).

yeah, I would say finding a private landlord off of craigslist would be easiest, and find a townhouse or duplex
or if they really want to go the apt. complex route, they shouldn't have a problem as long as they have someone to cosign.



I had a buddy that faced similar problems renting a place due to a felony on his record :-/

Good luck. My parents refused to co-sign for me even though I had the money in the bank and some dumbass places wouldn't even let me move in if I paid the whole 6 month lease up front!
