but back to the topic of this thread... the room is still available and in need of someone to occupy it after May 5th. honestly, i have always liked the preiss company and would probably stay with them if the beach wasn't calling my name. Parking in front of my building is never a problem esp in the summer. The complex includes a nice sized pool, gym, rec room and free tanning!
