i found a couple of gutted laptops (no proc, memory, hard drive, optical drive, or screen) for $25-30 after shipping or with free shipping, give or take and in various states

i'd rather just use the proc, memory, and hard drive i have on a socket p board (don't care what brand it came from, though HP is preferred since i know i have one of those power supplies lying around)...i don't even really care if it's in a case

*shrug*...i listed the proc on craigslist last night and i have 2 replies...if i can't find anything, i'll just sell the cpu

I just went and looked at what I have and I dont think they are micro fcpga boards.

These take socket 370 chips im pretty sure, and are about 3"x4", with compact flash connectors for primary drives (and a smaller IDE header for external drives).

yeah, i didn't really think anyone would have any lying around...the socket P's are relatively new, all things considered

i have a board that powers on, but no post...found a bit of corrosion on the board where the fool spilled soda on it (which is why i now have the laptop), but i don't think it's fixable

meh, i'll part it out
