pretty good show. you can watch the entire first episode on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSs-pJ5qX6c) which isn't great, but it gets better every episode.

2nd season premieres April 23rd, should be hilarious. Also Adam Scott (Henry) is leaving to be on Parks and Recreation so if there is a 3rd season, which seems doubtful at this point, he would only appear in 3 episodes.

It's actually because he's getting paid significantly more and because the only way Starz can afford to keep making this show is by signing the actors to very short term contracts which also allows them to jump ship for more profitable/higher profile gigs.

eh, I thought the first episode was kinda weak, but still better than 90% of sitcoms on network TV, while the second episode was a big improvement and felt like it was getting back into the groove the first season settled into. I've heard that it really picks up steam by the 4th or 5th episode, which I completely believe since the first season was the same way. It's just shaking off the rust.

The new head of Starz was the head of HBO when they passed on Party Down (Party Down was originally developed for HBO with Paul Rudd playing Henry and Steve Carell playing the boss) so it's not looking good for a 3rd season, especially with Adam Scott leaving and the ratings for the 2nd season being terrible so far.
