I have a room for rent in a two bedroom/one bath apartment, located in University Apartments off of Avent Ferry Road. Rent is $223/month plus half of the utilities, which usually brings the total to around $350/month. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the one bedroom which is unoccupied. Washer/Dryer, air conditioner, gas heat/cooking, etc.

Me: 22 year old female NC State student, majoring in graphic communications. I am an occasional smoker, but only when drinking, and never in the apartment and expect likewise. I do like to go out and have a good time, but rarely bring anything back home with me.

Room is available for a male or a female.
