Apartment has all amenities washer/dryer/microwave/dishwasher.

You will be living with a 2 27ish year old guys. One is an architect that has a beagle, the other works for habitat for humanity. Both are gone for large portions of the day, the architect is gone normally 3 nights a week. both are nice guys but generally we all are doing our own things.

To move in you must pay 2 months rent up front($570). 1/2 for a deposit and the other half is for the first month.

Had some questions asked that I wanted to post the answers for everyone.

One roommate has the lease in his name and we pay him each month.

Electricity last month was $25 for my portion.

Cable and internet was $24 - We have TWC high speed and only basic cable. (channels 1-26)

My room is roughly 11 feet x 12 feet. I share a bathroom. It has a 2 foot deep closet that is about 10 feet long with two full mirrors that slide to open it. Similar to the rooms in UT.

The full $570 must be payed up front when you move in.

Both roommates always clean up after themselves when they are actually around.

Forgot to mention.

Apt. is on third floor. Hardwood floors in kitchen, tile bathroom, outdoor deck with roof (approx. 8ft x 9ft), 52" DLP HDTV that nobody ever uses cause we are normally gone.

Lease runs through next April. The only condition for moving out early is that you find somebody to take your spot before you do so. You get your deposit back as long as you fulfill that requirement, or when the lease ends.
