Best reasonable offer(this will be on craigslist as well.)

I will steam clean the sofas prior to pick up. Stuff is pretty high end and solid. I do have cats, and there is some minor tearing to the front of the arms.

No set end date. Will end when I see what I like.

I'd prefer to sell it as a set, but will consider piecing it out.

I am not giving a range. I will just wait this out until I feel good about an offer.
