Two recent male college graduates are looking for a mature, clean, and responsible young professional to move into great, affordable home.

Basic house description:
2 story/3 BR/2.5 BA.
Hardwood floors throughout the downstairs (carpeted stairs and upstairs).
Stone, wood-burning fireplace
Huge back deck with grill.
House is fully furnished (except for your bedroom).

We have DirecTV, which is about $60/mo. split 3 ways. Water is usually $25/mo split 3 ways. Utilities vary, but is usually in the $80-$100 range (split 3 ways).
New shopping center is about a mile and a half away from house (with Harris Teeter, restaurants, etc.). Crossroads and the beltline are about 2 miles away.

No pets. We're nonsmokers. Looking for someone to live here at least 6 months. Please contact me with some information about yourself and I'll provide you with more information/photos of house.

just curious...could you not just charge like 500/month and tell the person everythings included? rough math seems to put it at about that figure.

no because then the new roommate will turn the AC down to 60 and leave the window open and take an hour-long shower everyday.

Word...I thought about averaging out the bills like that, but didn't for that exact reason. I've got to pay them anyway, so it doesn't take too much longer to just write them down on a whiteboard and divide them amongst everybody.

The only bad part is hitting people up for the last month after they moved out.

thats why you put one of the services in their name... Not that hard to switch and If it doesn't get paid its their problem.
