Looking to move mid july, before August 1. Ground floor apartments/rooms a plus, private bathroom a HUGE plus. I am looking for places on the Cary end of Raleigh, pref in Raleigh vs in Cary as far as location goes. Quiet, clean, do not smoke, light drinker. Trying to find some options other than a single apartment right now, vs giving landlord at this place an ultimatum.
