I currently live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Trinity Commons, and plan to resign here when my lease ends at the end of July. I graduate in December so I'm going to resign for 6 months, then see where the job market places me.

The whole apt is practically furnished, minus the will-be-empty room. The current roommate moves out early to mid July, so idealy I'm looking for someone to move in towards the end of July, and live through the end of the lease, possibly longer. I also have a year old Chocolate Lab, so you've gotta be ok with dogs.

Rent will be 805, water runs 20-25, electric is 60-90 and cable/internet is another 60-70 each split two ways.
